Products and Order Delivery


Orders are generally dispatched on the next business day following receipt and are shipped via courier. Delivery to urban areas is usually within 24 hours from dispatch but maybe a little longer to outlying areas. Waybill information is provided for on-line tracking of your order.

Delivery charges vary by destination and by weight and will be added to your order upon checkout.

If demand dictates, we will add a lower cost freight option for packages over 5kg at some future time.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as courier costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We recommend you group your items in one order so as to secure the best value shipping costs. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.


Items found to be damaged or faulty may be returned for exchange but must be dispatched to us by courier within 48 hours of receipt. Costs of the courier will be refunded unless there is evidence that the damage or failure is through misuse and not as a result of a manufacturing deficiency. Replacement items will be dispatched from stock on the next business day following receipt or as soon as available if placed on back-order.
